Pioneer and Life Time Achievement Award

Presented by Elmer Tippee, a life time achiever in radio broadcasting in British Columbia, and the British Columbia Country Music Association to Alberta Slim for his life time achievement in Folk and Western music. Supported by his fans across Canada Alberta Slim was awarded the top honours and number one artist for his contributions to the history of Canada in song.
